*MFC CLUB FEES include, but are not limited to, TSSA Player Registration & Insurance, Coach’s Salaries and Continued Education, Administration Costs, All Player Training; including Goalkeeper Training, Friday Shooting Skills, Saturday Technical Skills, Futsal Training for u13 and under, and field maintenance and rental costs.

$75 GIT VOLUNTEER FEE/REFUND:  All u9-u19 Memphis FC families (1 VOLUNTEER PER FAMILY) are required to volunteer for at least one shift (3 hours) at our premier GIT Tournament series which takes place in November and December.  A $75 GIT Volunteer Fee is charged to family (in addition to club fee) and is due at time of first payment, BUT will be REFUNDED once family member has signed-up and completed assigned shift.  Volunteers will have a 1st and 2nd choice to request a specific shift (day and time)... details to follow closer to GIT Volunteer Shift Sign-Ups in October.  Please note that if a family does not sign up to volunteer, the $75 fee will not be refunded.

TN u15 BOYS & GIRLS (birth year 2006) must pay club fee in full, but will receive a $195 refund from club if playing high school soccer in TN instead of club soccer during the appropriate high school soccer season. Refund will be given to boys once club fall soccer season has ended and high school commitment has been made. Refund will be given to girls before start of club fall soccer season and high school commitment has been made. Family needs to contact club office about commitment in order to receive refund.

A $30 LATE FEE will be incurred for all u9-u19 players if initial/1st club payment of $350 is not made by July 1, 2020.  Players will not be added to roster or registered with the state until initial club payment has been made. Players will be removed from roster (resulting in surrender of player’s membership card/suspension of player privileges) if final club fee payment is not made by August 31, 2020.

TEAM FEES are a separate fee and are in addition to club fees. Team fees will be set each season (Spring and Fall) by the individual team based on planned activities and include, but are not limited to, MSSF/Mike Rose Soccer Complex League Player Registration & Ref fees, Friendlies, Tournament Entry fees, Coach’s Travel Expenses, TSSA State League fees, HUDL for older age groups, and Indoor Soccer Facility fees.  Team fees will be collected by player's assigned team manager.  Please note that team fees do not apply to u6, u7, and u8 Boys & Girls who are not participating in games/friendlies.

MFC UNIFORM KIT is not included in club or team fees and is required and mandatory for all u9 though u19 players.  It is the direct responsibility of the player/family to purchase MFC Uniform Kit which is available and can be purchased from our uniform vendor Soccer.com.  Adidas is the official (Game) Uniform supplier to MFC and we are currently on a 2 year cycle which began in the Fall 2018 Soccer Season.  Note that the 2020-21 soccer year will be the start of a new 2 year uniform kit cycle for all players, this includes returning players.  MFC Youth Mandatory Uniform Kit is approximately $215, but is subject to change.  MFC Adult Mandatory Uniform Kit is approximately $235, but is subject to change. Important: DO NOT purchase MFC Uniform Kit until player's jersey number has been cleared by player's team manager to avoid number duplication. MFC will not be responsible if a uniform kit has been purchased without the approval of team manager possibly resulting in a required jersey number change.  

SIBLING DISCOUNT:  A $100 sibling discount will be applied to any additional sibling who joins club for the full soccer year (spring and fall season, excluding u6s). Note that if a sibling will only be playing for one season, then player will receive half the sibling discount which is $50.

REFUND POLICY:  Once a player has committed and signed with Memphis FC for the competitive year (Fall and Spring seasons), they are obligated to the club for the duration and responsible for all fees outlined above.  There are no refund of fees unless player moves out of town, or is no longer able to participate due to serious illness or season ending injury which may sometimes require a letter from player's physician.
